If you're like many computer users that I know, chances are that you've come across some problem that has stumped, bewildered, confounded, puzzled or frustrated you at least once. If you were lucky, the problem may not have been serious enough to cause you a headache, or you might have found a local "tech guru" who came to your rescue; otherwise, you might have wondered if there was a way out at all. Or may be you have asked your friends and relatives in the hopes of finding a solution and may have been unsuccessful. No? Well, read no further; otherwise, plod on ;-)
If what I've described above has indeed been your story, then help is right at hand. On this very page.
I'm going to offer you a service that I welcome you to make use of, as many times as you need to. All I ask is that you limit your questions to those about computers, web sites, the Internet; you get the drift, don't you? Of course, there's absolutely no charge!
What I am basically saying is this:
- You ask me a question. Any question about computers, the Internet, blogging, etc.
- I'll try my best to come up with an answer for you, usually within a day or two. Obviously, if the question is not something that can be answered in a day or two (because I don't know about it), I'll take longer.
- In the meanwhile, I'll publish your question, including your name (if you don't have objections), on this page.
- I'll publish the answer on this page too, so others who have a similar question can look it up.
